Please contact us by phone or email so what we may accommodate your schedule.
Arrival time
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and enjoy our welcome drink.
Late arrival
If a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa concierge. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, which must be completed by the designated end time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reschedule or cancel any appointment, please notify the Spa four hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
Spa Treatment Attire
We do provide robe, slippers, disposable underwear and towels, to make sure that our guests feel as comfortable and relax as they can.
Staying Hydrated
We recommend that alcohol not be consumed within four hours before, or immediately after spa treatment. After massages, we ask you to drink plenty of warm water and infusions.
Special Health Consideration
You will be asked to complete a consultation health profile during check in, please advice us ahead of any special medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or use of any prescribed medication as certain treatments may not be recommended. If you have any concerns, please let us know.

For your convenience, VAT and a service charge are included in the treatment prices.
